Wednesday: Blue Cheese Burger with chips and dip
Thursday: Shrimp Penne Pasta
Friday: Tacoritos
Saturday: Tomato and Basil Pizza
Dessert: Almond Rice Pudding
I plan to buy shrimp, ground sirloin and flank steak for next weeks dinner menu. I also plan to buy an extra pound of flank steak for the following week. I still have ground chuck and chicken in the freezer from prior sales.
These include bread, cereal, rice, and pasta, and at least three servings should be from whole grains.
