I am very excited about our menu for the week. They are all new recipes. I got two great cookbooks from my dad and the cutest apron from Abe's parents. I am looking forward to cooking this week and Abe is looking forward to eating. Here is my menu for the week. Of course my sous chef, Ezra, will be helping.
Monday: Burritos (leftovers in freezer)
Tuesday: Sesame Steak Stir Fry
Wednesday: Marsala Butter Chicken with Baby Carrots
Thursday: Greek Style Shrimp Scampi and Linguine
Friday: Bloody Mary Burgers
Saturday: Lemon, Garlic, and Cilantro Baked Stuffed Tomatoes
Dessert: Cream Cheese Kolochy and Apple Cider
